Our Wild Caught Fresh Chilean Sea Bass is enveloped on a bed of fresh Spinach with Fresh Herbs, Tomato, Lemon and a drizzle of Honey. Baked al Catoccio (steamed in parchment) and served over Garlic & Mushroom Quinoa with sauteed Broccolini. This Sea Bass is not only delicious but also a great source of Protein and provides plenty of Omega-3 Fatty Acids to fight inflammation and keep you healthy.
