Banquet Rooms

We offer two private dining rooms for you to choose from depending on the size or type of event that you are planning (e.g. rehearsal dinner, cocktail party, birthday party, business meeting, wedding reception, luncheon or dinner). We pride ourselves in being one of Issaquah's best locations for your private event dining needs. The room capacities and descriptions are as follows:

Our Snoqualmie Room will accomodate up to 35 people formal-style (seated) or up to 50 people reception-style (cocktail party). This attractive room features a fireplace and a warm, intimate atmosphere.

Our light, spacious Issaquah Room will accommodate up to 65 people formal-style (seated) or up to 80 people reception-style (cocktail party).

The two rooms may be connected to accomodate groups up to 90 people formal-style (seated) or up to 120 people reception-style (cocktail party).

Room Minimums

Pogacha does not have a fee for the use of the room(s). We do however require your party to spend a certain amount of money for the event. The amount quoted will be based on the day of the week, the time of the event and the time of the year. If a minimum is not met then the appropriate dollar amount will be added on the bill.

Guarantee and Deposits

In order to ensure the best quality menu and service for your event, it is necessary for you to determine the exact menu and party size no less than 7 days prior to the event. A final guarantee of the party size is required two days prior to the event.

A deposit of $100.00 per room is required on all banquets and is fully refundable up to two (2) weeks prior to the event, three (3) weeks during the holiday season. The room will not be guaranteed until the deposit is received. Deposits may be made by check, credit card, or cash and will be applied towards the final bill.

Miscellaneous Fees

The miscellaneous fees include:

Corkage fee of $15. This charge applies when wine is brought into the restaurant from off-site. The $15 charge is applicable to each 750 ml bottle of wine served at the event.
Dessert fee of $1 per person. This plate charge applies when dessert is brought into the restaurant from off-site.

Payment and Billing

Full payment is due at the conclusion of the event. One bill will be presented for the event. If your group wishes to pay individually, we request that a member of your group be responsible for the total collection and present one payment to us. Prior arrangements can be made for a one-price, per person charge to assist in this matter, and will be based on the highest priced entree selection, plus a beverage, tax and gratuity.

The final bill will be based upon the guaranteed number of guests or room minimum charge, depending on the arrangements made prior to the event plus any additional guests served.


A gratuity of 20% will be added to all functions. This gratuity will be distributed among your server(s), and the rest of the banquet staff.

Menu Selections/Party Size

Parties of up to 15 people may order off the full lunch or dinner menu.
Parties of up to 25 people may opt for either a buffet or personalized menu*.
To ensure our standards of quality and timeliness, parties of 30 or more are served from our buffet menu.

* Our banquet coordinator will be happy to assist you in selecting 3 to 5 items from our lunch or dinner menu to create a personalized menu for your party.
